With the release of Taguig's revised zonal values, Shang Aurelia is now crowned as the most expensive condominium per square meter in the Philippines, according to the BIR.

Technically, the penthouse unit of Park Central in Makati is the most expensive at Php550,000/sqm. However, BIR Taguig did not provide zonal values specifically for the penthouse units of Shang Aurelia. Thus, Aurelia's ZV should be compared to the regular units of Park Central (Php335,000/sqm).

To put things into perspective, each parking slot in this project is priced at Php4.575 Mn, which is equivalent to the cost of a small condo unit in the Metro.

In any case, Aurelia's top spot will not last long. We've been hearing that a new, suuuuuper exclusive project will be put up. And the indicative price is north of Php800,000/sqm.
