666

Once upon a time, a seller listed a house for sale with a broker. When the broker asked for the details, the seller said they would provide them when he visited the house for the pictorial.

The broker visited the house and took photos. Then, he reviewed the ownership documents. He scratched his head when he discovered that the lot area of the house was precisely "666". Knowing Filipinos are very superstitious, he thought the sale of the house would take some time.

A week passed, and a buyer came to see the house and made an offer. The seller accepted the offer, and a closing date was scheduled. In the closing, the buyer met the seller for the first time.

"The lot area is 666...very lucky," the buyer told the seller.

End of story.

To Christians, 666 meant the "number of the beast" based on chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation of the New Testament.

To the Chinese, however, 666 refers to the Chinese word for smooth or skilled–APPARENTLY.

Lesson: Everything is relative.
