The BIR has released new zonal values for RDO-28-Novaliches (effective May 1). This RDO now has jurisdiction over Ayala Hillside and (the Matandang Balara portion of) Ayala Heights.
1. Brgy. Matandang Barala was transferred to RDO 28-Novaliches (previously RDO 39-South QC).
2. Ayala Heights now has two ZV entries:
+ Brgy. Pansol (RDO-39-South QC) at 209K/sqm
+ Brgy. Matandang Balara (RDO-28-Novaliches) at 172K/sqm
3. Ayala Hillside (Brgy. 174K/sqm) is now under RDO-28-Novaliches (previously RDO 39-SouthQC).
(I stand corrected; the BIR did not combine the ZV of Ayala Heights and Ayala Hillside as claimed in my March 7 post.)
