In the Philippines, it’s common for property owners to list with multiple brokers. This means other brokers are likely handling the same property. Here’s how to find them:
Take a screenshot of the property photo and upload it to Google Lens. The search will reveal all advertisements using the same image. Since brokers typically use photos provided by the owner, this method helps you identify other brokers marketing the property.
This way, you can choose the broker you want to work with.
