Other Observations


Geographically, properties both within and outside of Metro Manila have seen double-digit declines. The decline outside Metro Manila is more pronounced, with sales dropping by 43%.


In terms of property types, condo sales continue to rise, while demand for townhouses and lots has plummeted by over 40%. 


The table shows that the average condo price per square meter has decreased by 3%, to 225 thousand pesos in 2024.
