One thing that has boggled me during my life as a broker is why most condos haven't upgraded to LED lighting. I presume everyone appreciates brighter hallways/parking lots, correct?
It's not as if LED lights are more expensive. Technological advancements have allowed the cost of LED lights to be more effective.
Is retrofitting from fluorescent to LED expensive? In the long run, LEDs last much longer, use less energy, and therefore cost everyone less money.
Would anyone know the answer to this?
Side note: The idea of upgrading to LED lighting also applies to rental units and properties for sale. This is a simple and cheap way to make your units more presentable.
