When sending marketing collateral to clients, it's best to upload the files to an online platform (e.g., Google Drive) and share the links instead of attaching PDFs.


Why?


1.⁠ ⁠Avoid Email Delivery Issues – Large attachments may trigger spam filters or get blocked by the recipient’s email server.


2.⁠ ⁠Save Storage Space – High-resolution marketing materials can be massive (some exceeding 200MB). Even smaller files add up if sent repeatedly over months or years, quickly consuming email storage.


3.⁠ ⁠Ensure Up-to-Date Information – If project details change, you can update or remove files from the cloud, preventing recipients from keeping outdated versions indefinitely.


Using cloud links ensures smoother communication, better file management, and an overall more professional approach.
