MIND-BOGGLING ISSUES

Here's my list of the top 3 mind-boggling issues raised by some people in authority.

1. "of legal age"

"Of legal age" must be written after the signatories' names...even if the names are indicated as "Spouses."

2. "sign the margins"

When executing documents, signatories must sign the margins of ALL pages. This includes the signature page, where they have already signed on the dotted line.

3. "Everything must be apostilled"

When executing a document abroad, signatories must have the documents apostilled. This includes documents that have been notarized by the Philippine Consul.
