Not the ABS Property

Philstar wrote an article last July 25, “Shang Properties takes over ABS-CBN property, to be converted into condos.” It's actually a property NEAR the ABS property, not the former TV station. The Philstar article has been taken down.

Based on corporate disclosures I've gathered, the property SHANG is likely developing is this one (see the second photo), which the company acquired in 2019.

What about the ABS property?

In a corporate disclosure of Rockwell Land last March 11, it said, "...Rockwell Land has been studying the possibility of redeveloping the ABS- CBN property even prior to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there is no agreement to date between Rockwell Land and ABS-CBN with respect to the property."
