Please be informed that there will be a Public Hearing on the Revision of Schedule of Zonal Values of Real Properties in Parañaque City under the jurisdiction of Revenue District Office No. 52-Parañaque City on December 16, 2022, Friday, 1:00 in the afternoon at Villanueva Basketball Court, Villanueva Village, Sucat Parañaque City.
The said Public Hearing will be attended by the members of Sub-Technical Committee on Real Property Valuation (STCRPV) and Technical Committee on Real Property Valuation (TCRPV) together with the officials from the Regional Office.
JPRE: Prior to this upcoming revision, Paranaque zonal values were last revised in 2018.
