Rockwell Land has been granted air rights by Makati LGU to build an elevated pedestrian walkway from Proscenium that crosses Estrella Street to reach the Power Plant Mall.
This bridge should allow access to the general public from Estrella, both from the side of Joya and Proscenium. Rockwell will implement security features.
Construction will start on December 1, 2022, and they project the bridge's opening in March 2024.
