Revised Zonal Values - Marikina

The BIR has released new zonal values for RDO 045 - Marikina City that are effective February 16, 2023. The spreadsheet of zonal values is available on the BIR’s website.

Covered properties include portions of Loyola Grand Villas and La Vista Subdivision (now both at Php31,000/sqm).

Note to Owners/Brokers: If you're selling properties in Marikina, you may want to recompute your selling price. You may be selling below the zonal value and fall short of the targeted net proceeds.
