San Juan City Revised Zonal Values have been released. The effectivity date is May 26, 2023 (Friday).
Based on a call with the BIR RDO, new zonal values shall be applied for all contracts notarized after the implementation.
Highlights to follow.
On a side note, I hope the BIR publishes zonal value revisions on its website and use that as the basis for implementation. I found this issue on a Norwegian website 🙃.
