Transfer Tax Exemption

Did you know that in Quezon City, house and lots sold by senior citizens are exempt from transfer tax?

I just found out myself today, thanks to @jonathan_sim_.

Just a comment: since it's an industry practice that the buyer shoulders the transfer tax, this mandate benefits the buyer–not the seller.
