ZONAL REVISION HALTED

We've just received word that the zonal revisions for Makati have been put to a halt.

The pause is in preparation for the Real Property Valuation and Assessment (RPVARA), which aims to unify the government's valuation processes.

It remains unclear when the zonal value revisions will resume–possibly in the next 9-12 months.

Previously, Zonal Values for Makati were slated to be revised in 4Q2024 (RDOs 47, 48, 50) and 1Q2025 (RDO 49).
